Introduction & Advance Acupuncture Course Syllabus & Curriculum The Study will include: The History of Medicine, Introduction to Acupuncture, Classical body acupuncture - 14 Acupuncture Channels or Meridians, Material and technique - The study of Yin and Yang, Contraindications and prohibited - Advance Acupuncture - Electro Acupunctyre - Chinese Philosophy - High Tech Evidance of Acupuncture - Different Technique of Acupuncture - Research Papers on Acupuncture - Information and Faq, Clinical at Hospital, needling, moxibustion, electroacupuncture. To Complete Diploma Course: Student need to qualify minimum 150 Credit Hours. For Master of Acupuncture : Student need to qualify minimum 350 credit hours. Clinical / Practical: All student will be guided in Clinical / practical traning on patients at our Acupuncture & Homeopathic Hospital at main Campus at Pasir Mas, Kelantan. Main Campus at Kelantan: Daily Classes Started 9.00 am till 4.00 pm Closed : Friday. Kuala Lumpur Campus: Those who wish to do clinical at Kuala Lumpur, may do so on Saturday, Sunday & Monday Only. Intensive Acupuncture Courses The Malay Acupuncture Group was set up by The Faculty of Homeopathy Malaysia in 10 April 1989 by a core group of the most active medical acupuncturist in Malaysia today headed by Prof Dr Nik Omar, Dr Mrs. Hajjah Faridah, Prof Mat Zin, Prof Mohd Nasir, Prof Che Musa and others. The qualified members now stands more than 1,000 from 25 countries all over the world. It aims are the promotion of acupuncture in medicine especially among the Malays, the Arabs, and other Asian countries. It is also upgrading the educational training programme, and a grass-roots for the exchange of ideas, techniques and experience among the practitoners. The Introduction and Advance Acupuncture Course at our academy draw upon the benefits of the many training courses currently available in Malaysia and China. The courses conducted by us is considered as the only one in Kelantan Malaysia and is relevant to GPs, hospital doctors, nurses, physiotherapies, MA, HA, Homeopath, osteopath, Naturopath, and others and is based upon practical approach to give the confidence to start practising acupuncture immediately following the complete course.
